Product Quality being foremost in the mind, we have over the years,
laid down certain process controls which ensure that the quality of the
product at any manufacturing stage should be right and re-work on any part is to
be avoided.
First Time Right is our Motto and we abide by it. Manufacturing process of
each Tool/Component is studied closely by a Core Team and once the process is frozen the
Process Drawings are made accordingly, which are to be approved by the
Directors. The Operator on each machine is responsible for the quality coming
out of his machine and they automatically check not only their own operation but
also the parts coming to their machine. This ensures that only the right quality
is produced at every stage thereby ensuring an overall good accuracy of the
product.
The Operations which are carried out at our vendors are subjected to a
thorough inspection before acceptance in the Manufacturing Cell.
